Program Strength, Growth & Culture:

The Department of Anesthesiology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine is comprised of approximately 135 faculty, along with extensive CRNA and trainee support. Our program has a longstanding reputation for stability and satisfaction, with many residents choosing to stay or return, reflecting the supportive environment and meaningful career opportunities available here. 

As part of a growing health system, you’ll benefit from ongoing investments in new ambulatory surgery centers, expanded surgical facilities, and approximately 120 anesthetizing locations, supporting over 100,000 cases annually. Training and/or Experience Required
Qualifications:
  • BE/BC in Anesthesiology 
  • NC Medical License
