Join Advocate Health, one of the nation’s largest and most respected health systems and discover what it means to live well. We're currently seeking a general anesthesiologist to join our physician-led medical group at Aurora West Allis Medical Center in the Milwaukee market of Wisconsin.

Highlights
• Diverse patient population and a good general case mix including ortho, ENT, general surgery, healthy peds, regional, etc. Limited vascular and neuro, no hearts. Daytime OB is possible, but not frequent.
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient with most days spent sitting your own cases, though some medical direction is required.
• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
• Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
• EPIC EMR System: Advocate Health, as the nation’s largest EPIC user, ensures an optimized EMR system
Training and/or Experience Required
  • Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
  • Board-eligibility or board-certification in Anesthesiology
