- 1 Medical Director overseeing inpatient and outpatient services
- Schedulers
- Registration staff
- Insurance verification specialists
- Located on the Davidson Behavioral Health campus
- Outpatient clinic is co-located alongside the inpatient hospital, enabling seamless coordination of care
- Collaborative, team-based model with excellent clinical and administrative infrastructure
- Integrated continuum of care supporting both inpatient and outpatient services
- Supportive leadership and strong clinical collaboration
- Flexible hybrid model promoting autonomy and balance
- Access to a robust, multidisciplinary care team
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in pediatric mental health
- ~36 hours of direct patient care
- 4 hours of dedicated administrative time
- Approximately 2 shared weekday/weekend call shifts per month
- 1 holiday call annually
- Call supports adult inpatient unit only, located on the same campus
