- High acuity community hospital ICU
- Predominantly Medical- surgical icu patients
- Small component of high-risk OB patients
- Bedside intensivist covers the ICU 24/7
- Daily Censes: 6-10 pts per day
- Patient Mix: Urban/suburban
- Multi-disciplinary Critical Care
- Shift Lengths: 12-hour shifts 7a-7p, and 7p-7a
- Annual Clinical Hours Expectations: 1956 hours/ 13-14 shifts per month
- Hourly Rate: $234.07
- Annual comp $457,841- $457,841
- Incentives: Weekend incentives
- Signing bonus available
- Physician/Nursing Collaboration: Close Working Relationship with ICU nurse management and Nursing staff-
- Staffing Model: Single physician coverage

- Very collaborative environment with both fellow physicians as well as C suite leadership
- EPIC EMR
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
