Scheduling & Workload:
  • Shift Lengths: 12-hour shifts 7a-7p, and 7p-7a 
  • Annual Clinical Hours Expectations: 1956 hours/ 13-14 shifts per month
Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $234.07
  • Annual comp $457,841- $457,841
  • Incentives: Weekend incentives

Team & Work Environment:
  • Physician/Nursing Collaboration: Close Working Relationship with ICU nurse management and Nursing staff- 
  • Staffing Model: Single physician coverage
  • Rewarding Patient Populations in need of quality healthcare
  • Very collaborative environment with both fellow physicians as well as C suite leadership
  • EPIC EMR
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
  • Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
