Join one of the nation’s largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking a Full Time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Medical Center, Kenosha WI.

Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time 1.0 FTE
• $392,549 - $392,549 + competitive incentives including 20% incentive for night shifts
• 11 shifts/month (12-hour shifts)
Team & Environment
• Join a cohesive group of 12 Physicians and 8 PA’s
• 21-Bed Emergency Room
• Urgent Care Onsite
• 78-Bed Hospital 
• In-house OB coverage and multiple onsite specialties
• 8-12-hr ED shifts 
• Minimal night shifts
• Minimal weekend shifts
• Annual ED volumes of 36,000
Academic & Teaching Opportunities
• Engage with: Medical students and PA students who rotate through our ED
Additional Details
• EPIC EMR
• Spanish or sign language skills helpful but not required
• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
• Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
