- Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh is licensed for 84 inpatient beds with 12 ICU beds, 12 OB beds, and 48 med surg beds
- 18 ED beds plus 6 fast track beds housed within the ED
- Onsite Ambulance Service for easier interfacility transfers
- Specialist Support: All specialties available onsite or via Epic
- Shift Lengths: 8, 10, & 12-hour shifts
- Monthly Shift Expectations: 11-12
- Shift Distribution: Mixed Days, nights, weekends
- Scheduling Flexibility: Block scheduling
- Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $262.56- 262.56 + night shift incentive
- Incentives: Night shift Incentive, Signing bonus
- Physician/Nursing Collaboration: Strong and supportive
- 10 Physicians and 4 Advance Practice Providers
- Staffing Model: Single at Fond du Lac and dual physician coverage with APP support at Oshkosh
