- Atrium Health Anson Emergency Department
- One 12-hour physician shift daily providing continuous coverage
- APP support with 8–10 hour shifts, enhancing team-based care
- Additional compensation available for a nocturnist position
- 10-bed Emergency Department with an additional low-acuity treatment space
- Annual ED volume: <20,000 visits — manageable, balanced, and rewarding workload
- Attached 15-bed hospital for lower-acuity admissions, allowing patients to receive care close to home
- On-site and community-based support services, including:
- Mobile health units expanding access in rural areas
- Substance Use Disorder (SUD) clinics for ongoing patient support
- Outpatient dental follow-up clinics
- EPIC EMR
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
- Emergency Medicine Board Certified / Board Eligible
- North Carolina Medical License (or eligibility)
