Join one of the nation’s largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking a family medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Wiselives in Wauwatosa, WI.
Highlights
  • Wiselives Clinic Family Medicine
  • Replacement opening with a mix of inherited panel + new patients
  • Team: 6 physicians + 1 APC
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Clinical Environment
  • Specialties: Family Medicine + Integrative services (chiropractic, acupuncture, massage)
  • Facilities: No on-site lab or imaging (labs sent out; MAs do phlebotomy)
  • Workspace: Shared office, 2 exam rooms per provider, procedures allowed (no dedicated procedure room)
  • Support Structure
  • Dedicated MA per provider
  • Nursing: 2 FT RNs + 1 PT RN (triage, refills, follow-ups, MWVs)
  • APC has own panel + supports overflow
