- Respond to and manage Rapid Responses and Codes.
- Assess patients, develop treatment plans for acute events or changes in status.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, addressing concerns and questions.
- Provide thorough hand-off/sign-out at shift conclusion to night team.
- Determine and arrange for transfers to tertiary hospitals when necessary, including contacting PAL line for support.
