- 1.0 FTE position offering flexibility and work-life balance
- Kenosha Hospital- Trauma level 3
- Modern facility with advanced resources
- Primary Focus: Hospital-based consultations with 2 half-day clinics per week
- General ID Pathology Mix
- Specialized Procedures Performed: Including infectious disease management and related interventions
- Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine: Access to two hyperbaric chambers for advanced patient care located at Sister Hospital in Mount Pleasant
Scheduling & Workload:
- Shift Structure: Heavy on inpt consults, 2 half days in clinic,
- Call: 1:2
- Patient Load: avg 10-12 consults per day, avg 10-15 pts in clinic
- Team Structure: Solo practice with partners in sister hospital, multidisciplinary team
Compensation:
- Salary Guarantee $ 322,689-$322,689 with additional earning potential
- Bonuses/Incentives: Sign-on bonus negotiable, productivity incentives & relocation assistance
Team & Culture:
- Staffing model & Support Staff: 2 Additional physicians at sister hospital, 1 Dedicated APP, strong nursing, and administrative support
- Leadership Roles: Potential for hospital committees or quality initiatives
- Research & Teaching: Not initially set up but available through the education department and Milwaukee Research ARM
- Quality-Focused Environment: Collaborate within a patient-centered, multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional outcomes
- Robust System Resources: Integrated EPIC EMR, access to a broad network of specialists, and cutting-edge technology

- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
