- Traditional family practice with a rural, homey feel.
- Strong pediatric population; some providers care for patients from birth onward.
- Team-oriented culture with monthly LEAN meetings to improve efficiency.
- Participates in community programs like “Reach Out and Read.”
- Providers can develop niche areas (e.g., vasectomies, colposcopies, other niche interests).
- Extended Care Services available for nursing home/CBRF patient care.
- Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Hospital (133 beds), located 13 miles from practice.
- On-site lab, x-ray, CT scanner; shared procedure room.
- Own office and 3 exam rooms per physician.
- Flexible scheduling with leadership support.
- Clinic hours: 7 AM – 8 PM; 100 hours/year required outside standard hours. (Standard hours are 8 – 5).
- 4 or 4.5-day work week; likely supported.
- No urgent care requirement, but available on-site.
- Call group: 1:26 ish (low volume, short calls managed by nurse triage line).
