Advocate Health is actively recruiting General and Subspecialty Neurologists to join the medical group at Atrium Health Union.  

Formerly known as Union Regional Medical Center and later Carolina's Medical Center-Union, Atrium Health Union is a 182-bed acute care hospital located in Monroe, NC.  This location provides comprehensive emergency services and a wide range of medical specialty care. As a Neurologist with Advocate Health you will join a massive, multi-state clinical and academic service line uniting over 130 care locations committed to delivering high quality, standardized and hi-tech neurological care across the Midwest and Southeast.

Training and/or Experience Required
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school as an M.D./D.O.
  • Successful completion of residency and at an accredited healthcare institution. 
  • Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License as a current M.D./D.O.
  • Board Eligible/Board Certification in Neurology from said residency. 
  • Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) required. 
  • Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing required.
