Description & Requirements
We are currently seeking a non-interventional pain specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone who can guide and treat both chronic and acute pain patients, offering comprehensive care with compassion and understanding. Our goal is to ensure that every patient receives thoughtful and holistic support throughout their treatment journey.
- Full-time non-interventional Pain Management Physician
- You will work at both our Racine and Kenosha locations where you will see patients in clinic and will conduct virtual visits as needed
- You will focus on non-interventional, conservative rehabilitative and behavioral therapies and treatments for managing chronic or acute pain for a diverse patient population
- You will provide appropriate medication management in addition to referrals for other non-traditional treatments such as acupuncture, nutrition/diet and exercise, and physical and occupational therapies
- Shared office space is also used for virtual visits and there are 2-3 exam rooms in clinic
- RN and MA support for the practice
- No procedures, however strong desire for someone who has an interest in doing EMGs in Kenosha, EMG equipment on-site in the neurology clinic
- Excellent referral base, current wait times are up to four weeks – will be busy from day one
- Monday – Friday, no call; after hour calls are triaged by phone service
- EPIC EMR
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
- Completion of an accredited Residency is required.
- A Fellowship in Pain Management is not required, however must have a background, understanding, or interest in chronic pain.
- Open to both new graduates and practicing physicians.
