- Generous PTO: Accrue up to 25 days per year in addition to 7 holidays and 5 days for Continuing Medical Education.
- CME Reimbursement: Receive up to $2,500 for Continuing Medical Education.
- Schedule: This is a full time, 40 hour a week position.

- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
- Successful completion of accredited Medical School with an MD or DO
- Successful completion of Ophthalmology residency
- Board Certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology (preferred but not mandatory).
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
- Subspecialty fellowship training (optional but preferred for roles requiring expertise in areas such as retina, cornea, glaucoma, pediatrics, or oculoplastics).
