- Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center is seeking a full-time rhinologist to join the team at our quaternary care facility, Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center.
- Located in Milwaukee, Aurora St. Luke’s is a 938-bed quaternary care hospital recognized for high-quality care and respected programs across specialties.
- The role includes the full spectrum of rhinology procedures, such as endoscopic sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and nasal endoscopy, along with general ENT cases.
- The expected schedule is three clinic days and two OR block days per week.
- This robust practice offers a strong referral base, with current wait times of approximately one month to six weeks.
- Call is shared with other otolaryngology specialists on a 1:9 rotation.
- All necessary equipment is available, with audiology services on-site.
- The position offers a diverse patient population and excellent variety of cases.

- EPIC EMR
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
- Completion of an accredited otolaryngology residency program
- Completion of a fellowship in rhinology
- Excellent communication skills
