Join one of the nation’s largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking a Pediatric physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Health Center - Sheboygan site in Sheboygan, WI.
Highlights
  • Team & Culture: Join 7 pediatricians in a collaborative, consultative environment with strong peer support and monthly team meetings.
  • Patient Volume: Expect ~25 patients/day, increasing to 35–40 on call days.
  • Schedule: Start with a 4.5-day week, flexible scheduling with AM/PM sessions. Option to reduce to 4 days as practice builds.
  • Call Structure: 1:8 rotation for Friday and weekend calls; occasional Saturday mornings with Monday off. Even distribution over an 8-week cycle.
  • Practice Setup: Includes personal office, 3 exam rooms, dedicated MA, and shared RN support.
  • Clinical Scope: 95% outpatient, 5–10% inpatient/newborn rounding. Minimal inpatient volume; severe cases referred to Children’s Hospital (65 miles away).
  • Patient Age Range: Birth through high school graduation; special needs patients seen until age 21.
  • Expertise & Support: High clinical skill level due to distance from tertiary care; strong specialty support and proximity to hospital (8 minutes).
  • Position Details: Replacement role with 2-year guarantee. High demand—most providers are above the 50th percentile.
