Description & Requirements

The Department of Radiology at Wake Forest School of Medicine at Brenner Children’s Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Radiologist with specialized training in pediatric imaging to join our growing team in Winston-Salem, NC.

The position includes teaching responsibilities for residents and fellows, with opportunities for research and professional development.

Department Information:

Candidates should be fellowship-trained in pediatric radiology and skilled in interpreting all pediatric imaging exams, including plain film, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI. Cardiac and MSK imaging skills are desirable. Neuro CT/MRI, nuclear medicine, and interventional procedures are interpreted by other divisions within the department.

Training and/or Experience Required
Pediatric Radiologist Requirements:

  • Fellowship-trained in pediatric imaging.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Radiology.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure by the North Carolina Medical Board.
  • Competent and comfortable with teaching and administrative responsibilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong desire to advance pediatric care.
