- Provide essential care to patients in a setting which offers reasonable volumes and team support
- Primary sites are Oshkosh (two clinics) and Neenah; incoming clinician can also pick up shifts in Fond du Lac if available/interested
- The group works very well together. They cover each other for needed schedule changes. Staffing model MD plus APP, or just APP depending on site
- Strong clinical support including RNs or LPNs
- Lab and X-Ray at Oshkosh clinics, Neenah has X-Ray
- Easy access to subspecialty providers as well as primary care referrals for your patients within our system
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
- Competitive hourly rate from $161.00 to $161.00 plus productivity incentives, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits package, CME allowance
- Tuition Loan Forgiveness and sign-on bonus available
