Atrium Health Wound Care is seeking a full-time wound care specialist to work in one of our seven centers in Charlotte and surrounding communities. Physician must be hyperbaric trained, preference for hyperbaric fellowship completion. 


Our comprehensive wound healing program offers advanced solutions to treat and prevent open wounds and guard against infection. Our highly skilled and experienced wound care team consistently heals more wounds – and heals them faster – than many other wound centers in the country.  In addition, research opportunities are available due to our integration with Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

Training and/or Experience Required

  • NC medical license
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • American Board of Wound Management, Certified Wound Specialist Physician preferred
  • Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) Advanced Training in Hyperbaric Medicine (ATMO) 
  • Training in medical or surgical specialty acceptable
  • Preference for Fellowship in Hyperbaric Medicine
