- MD or DO degree with certification by the American Board of Pathology (ABP) in Anatomic Pathology (AP) or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP).
- Demonstrated scholarly achievements, including teaching experience and a robust publication record.
- Eligibility for or possession of a current North Carolina medical license.
- Fellowship training in one or more of the specified subspecialties is highly preferred.
