Scheduling & Workload:
Shift Lengths: Mix of 9, & 12-hour shifts
Monthly Shift Expectations: 9 shifts/month
Shift Distribution: mixed Days, nights, weekends
Compensation:
Compensation $255.12/hourly-$255.12/hourly with additional 20%-night shift incentive and other incentives

Physician/Nursing Collaboration: Strong, supportive
Staffing Model: dual physician coverage, single pm and APP support depending on shift
