Annual Patient Volume: 33,000

Pts per hour: 2.2pt/hr

Typical Acuity Level: Moderate

Patient Mix: Urban/suburban/rural

Specialist Support: cardiology, neurology, trauma, OB, etc

Scheduling & Workload:

Shift Lengths: Mix of 9, & 12-hour shifts

Monthly Shift Expectations: 9 shifts/month

Shift Distribution: mixed Days, nights, weekends

Compensation:

Compensation $255.12/hourly-$255.12/hourly with additional 20%-night shift incentive and other incentives

Physician/Nursing Collaboration: Strong, supportive

Staffing Model: dual physician coverage, single pm and APP support depending on shift

Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

Compensation:
  • Compensation $251.45/hourly-$251.45/hourly with additional 20% night shift incentive and other incentives
