Aurora St. Luke’s is a 900+bed hospital teaching hospital and Comprehensive Stroke Center.  It is the largest hospital in Wisconsin and the only hospital in Wisconsin with a 24/7 on-site heart team.

Highlights
We are looking for dedicated and skilled Neurosurgeon who is eager to make an impact and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality healthcare. In addition to clinical practice, this position will have administrative responsibilities for clinical and strategic leadership of the Neurosurgery service line in Wisconsin.

At a minimum and in addition to training and certification please note some of the following requirements:
  • An MBA, MHA or related degree preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of healthcare delivery systems is essential
  • Experience in or knowledge of healthcare services throughout the continuum of care
  • Knowledge and experience in leading and developing quality initiatives, improvements and programs to include appropriate metrics and benchmarks

Training and/or Experience Required
  • Practicing physicians with Board Certification
  • Completion of an ACGME Neurosurgery residency and or fellowship program
