Description & Requirements
- Clinic Team includes 3 Pediatricians, adding a 4th due to a physician relocation
- Practice Culture: Cohesive, close-knit, team-oriented, high patient satisfaction focus with a collaborative nursing staff
- Scope of Care: Full-spectrum pediatrics (newborn to adult), 100% outpatient, 20 - 24 patients per day with 1 - 10 new patients/week
- Work Schedule: Standard M–F, 8 am–5 pm; 4 or 4.5 days/week typical, low call volume due to RN triage
- Facilities & Equipment: Private office initially; 2–3 exam rooms, pediatric/newborn scales, otoscopes, ophthalmoscopes
- Procedures: Urine catheterization, I&D, laceration repair, frenectomy, specimen collection, foreign body removal, wart treatment, cauterization
- Hospital Affiliations:
- Specialists Onsite: Pediatric Neurology, Dermatology, Audiology, ENT, Integrative Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, OBGYN, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy
- Patient Population: Ages 0–21, diverse ethnicity, -8% Medicaid payer mix
