  • Scheduling & Workload:
  • Shift Lengths: 12-hour shifts 7a-7p
  • No overnight call
  • Annual Clinical Hours Expectations: 1956 hours/ 13-14 shifts per month
  • Shift Distribution: One daytime Intensivist in-house, night coverage supported by Hospitalists and the TeleICU.

  • Physician/Nursing Collaboration: Close Working Relationship with ICU nurse management and Nursing staff- 
  • Staffing Model: Single physician coverage
