  • Enjoy a diverse patient mix with a fantastic referral base from within the clinic and community
  • Clinic hours available  for patient access, Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Excellent staff available to support your practice includes APCs, RN and MA; scribes also available
  • Full breadth of procedures including epidural steroid injections, sympathetic celiac blocks, sacroiliac joint injections, facet injections, medial branch blocks (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), and spine stims
  • Easy access to Green Bay, Door County, Milwaukee and Chicago
  • EPIC EMR
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
  • Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients


Training and/or Experience Required
  • Completion of an Anesthesiology residency program
  • Accredited IR Pain Fellowship
  • Also open to PM&R residency training
  • Strong communication skills, good work ethic, collaborative approach
