We invite pediatric physicians to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds and visionaries together in our Children’s team at Atrium Health Levine Children’s Pediatrics in Matthews, NC.

This well-established pediatric practice has proudly served the community since 1963 and offers a collaborative, team-based environment. The site currently includes 5 physicians and 2 advanced care providers, supported by a larger regional network. Across four convenient locations—Steele Creek, South Park, Matthews, and Blakeney—the practice is part of a comprehensive pediatric group that includes over 20 board-certified pediatricians and 7 advanced practice providers, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the region.

Highlights
  • Outpatient only, 4 days a week
  • Existing patient panel
  • Current office hours: Monday-Friday 8am -5pm, with Saturday sick clinic from 8am-12:15 pm with shared coverage 1:11 weekends
  • Shared phone call coverage for afterhours care of 1:20, first utilizing RN triage
  • Patient panel, ages 0-21, average of 24 patients a day
  • The team currently utilizes the Pediatric Hospitalists on staff at Levine Children’s Hospital for any inpatient coverage
Training and/or Experience Required
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible provider
  • Will consider new grads
