- This new Fort Mill practice opened in Summer 2025
- Maintain roughly 11-14 patient visits per day.
- Work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with one half-day per week.
- Manage call for your own patients Monday to Friday during the day. After hours call will be routed through the central team. Rotating nighttime and weekend call with practice partner.
- Small, established patient panel
- Focus on patient care and prevention

- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
- Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
- 3+ Years of clinical experience is preferred
